About Me

Nirali Shah MNCPS [ACC.]

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, Trauma-Informed Practitioner, and an accredited member of the NCPS. My experience with working in county council within various roles has allowed me to support a wide range of client groups, from children and young people to refugees and asylum seekers, giving me a grounded understanding of resilience, cultural sensitivity, and the many ways people adapt and survive through challenging circumstances.

My journey through counselling started long before my formal training. Growing up, I often carried feelings I couldn't easily express and moved through the world sensing more than I could articulate. Those early experiences sparked my empathy and my deep interest in the emotional world's people hold within. With time, I came to see how many of us navigate life with untold stories or quiet pain and how transformative it can be to have a space where we no longer need to hide or minimise our truth.

In our sessions, I offer a grounded, steady space where you can pause, explore what's beneath the surface, and make sense of your inner world at a pace that feels right for you. My role is to help you gently untangle what's weighing on you, notice insight and possibility.
